"John is a life saver. I looked everywhere for someone who would do a warranty repair on my 20KW Kohler standby generator. I tried almost every company listed on Kohler's website. Most didn’t service residential units and/or didn’t work on larger units at all. I got the sense that some didn’t want to service units they hadn't installed. I booked a larger repair service on the north side of Houston and called them after three weeks to get an update, but they told me they would no longer be able to come to my area and service my unit. I finally found Mr. Sparky of Clear Lake. John came out quickly and serviced my unit. It took quite a bit of back and forth with Kohler to get the parts, (Kohler issues) but he was able to get us up and running."

"It was a complicated installation because the original box size is not made anymore, and fitting a new box into the same space was very tight. Texas Electrical (SW) charged me $120 for an estimate and then refused to do the job. But Robert Vielma of Mr. Electric conquered the job in 100-degree heat. He also added a surge protector. No doubt who I will call if I need electrical work done again. A++++"

"I hired Ozzy’s electrical service to install a 3 phase surge protector on an electrical box for a not-for-profit education center. He provided a quote in writing (via text message) for this and a few other services. Not only did Ozzy (the owner) NOT COMPLETE this service; he told me that I needed an additional service which doubled his original quote. We paid for all of this work including the surge protector even though he did not complete the entire job in one day ( as discussed). It was not until I asked him the location of the surge protector (after he had left the property) that he told me tell that he did not install the surge protector! This was the first thing on my written list for him to complete. He then told me that it would be another $650 to install the surge protector (that I had already paid for)!!!! DO NOT USE OZZY’S ELECTRICAL SERVICE! This is the WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED WITH A CONTRACTOR FROM ANGI’S LIST! I wish I could give a zero or negative #!"

"SSGE acted like a teenager wrt aftersale service. The first time I called SSGE was when then was an alarm on the system, ( a year after install) and they refused service!!! The reason per SSGE was that there was dispute during install. During the sales process, SSGE had told me that HOA approval was NOT needed. Right after installation, the HOA wanted to remove the generator, and it took me 2 weeks to sort out the issue. I paid SSGE the second half of the payment in full only after the dispute with HOA was settled in about 2 weeks.Is that a good enogh reason to not provide service?? I had to call Generac's head-quarters and they helped me trouble shoot the alarm on my system."

"I've had EV charger installed 2 other times prior to using Santiban Services Group (different locations), but never once experienced this level of customer service that Gabe provided. Although, it was my most expensive installation (which I can't blame them due to the odd place my builder placed the breaker box), but the price was quoted fairly and justified. Gabe went above and beyond such as stopping by my house, taking photos, drawing where he was going to do the wiring, and walking me through his findings. On top of that, he even did a load calculation which advised me to install a load management system so my breaker box wouldn't overload. This alone said he's a very thorough and dedicated person. I appreciate that so much because no other electricians were doing that and kept telling me that "it will be fine". Being a first time homeowner, I would like to protect my house to the best of my ability, so saying "it will be fine" doesn’t really give me a peace of mind. So thank you Gabe!!!! For helping me to ensure my breaker box would be fine with the new addition.
