They sent a tech just a few hours after I called them with a failed breaker. The tech was friendly and respectful. He ended up having to drive from Meyerland to Sugar Land to get the correct breaker but was very quick with the repair once he had the correct part. Definitely will call them again if we have any other electric needs.
