GenPro installed a Home Generator for us. Andrew Spitzmueller and his team were dependable and reliable. Did what they said they would do. When they encountered roadblocks with sub-contractors and permit inspectors, they worked diligently to resolve the situation. They are honest and trustworthy people. Highly recommend them.

They have maintained and monitored my generators for several years. When they failed after the storm, they didn't return phone calls for days and then took several more days to get out to me. By this time we had someone else tell us how to get it started. Their tech came out finally and did NOTHING and charged us $185. Two days later the other generator failed. Again, no return phone calls. We found another company that came out same day.

I researched the different type of generators for over 10 years after Hurricane Ike. Once I discovered they offered a Cummings generator with the home surge protector I was sold. A & A Gen Pro is very knowledgeable about their products and others. They are also very meticulous about their installation and professional. I highly recommend this company. Not only do they do a super job but all the service people were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Had to postpone part of the work because of illness in the family and this was no problem for them. They are a super company to work with.

Andrew on the front end walked me through everything I needed to know to get started. put in the order, only a couple days later, the service/install team, Matt, Phann, David arrived on time, very professional, did the whole install in a day, incredible installation, very clean, gave me an excellent run down on how it works....my highest recommendation to this team, their work, service, the Cummings unit that I love and A&A Gen Pro.

Every member of the various specialist crews involved in the installation of our Cummins Generator was professional, skilled, efficient, and courteous. We soon realized how complex generator installation can be, and we appreciate the attention to detail that A&A GenPro gave to this entire project. At the end of the project, when the generator was fully installed, the company sent a technician to explain to us the workings of our generator. Very professional installation by a very knowledgeable crew. Coordination with city installation inspections and Center Point Energy handled very well. I used this company to install a generac generator for my home. This company didn’t try to upsell me, pointed out some issues with some of the upsells that other companies had discussed. They completed the same job for less money than quoted by the other companies and I didn’t sacrifice any quality. They were great!

Purchasing a generator from them may not be an issue because they are trying to sell you a generator that costs thousands of dollars, but BEWARE, the after sales-service and annual maintenance is something else. They have a particular tech named Bob who not just has an attitude, but actually did not perform the service he was assigned to, and had the guts to actually updated the service log that major service had been performed. This was not the firs time it happened. When confronted, the tech changed the service log and claimed that he did not bring the correct service parts and that te major service will have to rescheduled. Both the owners couldn't be reached and went out of town at the same time and we could only talk to an administrator/scheduler

A & A GenPro Electrical is the company if you need to install an Emergency Standby Power Generator. It's been a pleasure working with Andrew, Ashton, Tim, Rocky, Eric, and Pham. They just finished our install today, just in time for Harvey, if he comes this way. They handled everything; slab, generator placement, electrical, plumbing a new gas meter, all inspections, and an extensive full-load test. We highly recommend A & A GenPro Electrical if you're looking for a fixed generator. UPDATE 08312017: At times you find out more about a company after the install. I would give A & A GenPro Electrical 10 Stars if I could. Our generator developed a battery drain problem after the first night of continuous use, and despite the conditions associated with Hurricane Harvey, they showed up. Bob, Ashton, and Eric did the troubleshooting and the subsequent fix. Amazing folks who go above and beyond the call. Our Kohler got us through two more days/nights, and our power came back on last night, and it's now in standby mode.

This is a first-class organization. They do quality work at a very fair price and do everything they promise. Ashton and Andrew are top flight. I highly recommend A & A Genpro.
