"Our experience was AMAZING! Mike & Sidney were far beyond customer service orientated, they have a true love for their profession and compassion for their clients. All of this occurred the day before Thanksgiving and they worked 9/10 hours to ensure we weren't left without power for 4-5 days because the City and Utility Companies were closed.
