"John is a life saver. I looked everywhere for someone who would do a warranty repair on my 20KW Kohler standby generator. I tried almost every company listed on Kohler's website. Most didn’t service residential units and/or didn’t work on larger units at all. I got the sense that some didn’t want to service units they hadn't installed. I booked a larger repair service on the north side of Houston and called them after three weeks to get an update, but they told me they would no longer be able to come to my area and service my unit. I finally found Mr. Sparky of Clear Lake. John came out quickly and serviced my unit. It took quite a bit of back and forth with Kohler to get the parts, (Kohler issues) but he was able to get us up and running."

"I hired Ozzy’s electrical service to install a 3 phase surge protector on an electrical box for a not-for-profit education center. He provided a quote in writing (via text message) for this and a few other services. Not only did Ozzy (the owner) NOT COMPLETE this service; he told me that I needed an additional service which doubled his original quote. We paid for all of this work including the surge protector even though he did not complete the entire job in one day ( as discussed). "SSGE acted like a teenager wrt aftersale service. The first time I called SSGE was when then was an alarm on the system, ( a year after install) and they refused service!!! The reason per SSGE was that there was dispute during install. During the sales process, SSGE had told me that HOA approval was NOT needed. Right after installation, the HOA wanted to remove the generator, and it took me 2 weeks to sort out the issue. I paid SSGE the second half of the payment in full only after the dispute with HOA was settled in about 2 weeks.Is that a good enogh reason to not provide service?? I had to call Generac's head-quarters and they helped me trouble shoot the alarm on my system."
