"Danny did a whole-house remodel on our rental. This included a total redo of kitchen and baths (painting cabinets, new quartz counters and backsplash, building island, tile shower). In addition he installed all new luxury vinyl flooring in the house, did drywall work, painted interior walls/trim, blew in insulation in attic and painted the exterior. It was a lot! We were happy with his helpful suggestions and willingness to do whatever we wanted! Mid-way through the project he had a health scare which involved many doctor appointments. Also issues w/a worker. This made the project drag out longer than anticipated but he did finish and it did turn out really nice! Glad he is ok health wise too. He’s a great guy and would recommend him for smaller projects for sure!! ?"

The patio cover required disassembling the metal structure, extracting damaged polycarbonate skylight panels, and replacement. Victor knew exactly how to do it and, although finding the replacement panels required more than a simple visit to the local Home Depot, Victor managed to locate the exact material and our patio cover is beautiful and light-filled again. We appreciated his work ethic so much (showed up when he said he would, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards), we added another task to wash the siding and bricks on the house and garage. "Jose brought a team and they began working on replacing the smoke detectors, replacing the diverter and tub stopper - which turned into a trial as the diverter was an old piece and he had to go all over town to find a replacement. He installed electrical GFCI outlets in the kitchen, two baths, one in garage and one outside - and went above and beyond by replacing the receptacle housings as well. He also found a leak behind the tub and repaired it after asking permission. the cost was very reasonable and it would have cost me three times as much with a plumber. I would use Jose again and have recommended him to my realtor and other friends. Great job!"
