They had to install a new frame as well so it is understandable why it took 5 total hours to get it installed,I wanted to make sure the job was done right instead of trying to save time. I have to replace the interior trim back on myself because I did not want to spend anymore money. The guy that came out was very nice and he did great work but the prices came out a bit higher than I would have liked. I was also overcharged a bit due to the math being done incorrectly but I contacted them and they said they would send me a check for the difference.
