"The work was completed in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with our fireplace remodel. It completely changed the look and feel of our living room"
An idea of how you can turn a vaulted ceiling into a cool and useable space.
This used to be a dark and dirty attic. Conversions like this can be a great way to add square footage. With structural changes being one of our strengths, we can show you how to maximize your
space.
Lighting can transform any space into something magical.
Why be normal? Wall tile and a hexagonal stain glass window created an awesome mood for this homeowner.
Herringbone mosaic is very time consuming, but the results are worth it.

"We recently completed a home renovation with this company and I honestly can?t recommend them enough. From day one, we felt like we were in good hands. The project manager gave us personal attention throughout the entire process ? always available, patient, and on top of every detail. The designers were amazing and immediately understood our style and what we were looking for. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, with no delays or unnecessary stress. Every stage was handled on time and with great care, and the final result turned out even better than we imagined. Highly recommend them to anyone considering a renovation. Great service, professional and caring team, and most importantly"

"Robert and his crew did some extensive remodeling for my needs. He installed a new full bathroom, remodeled one bathroom for wheelchair access, and remodeled a third bathroom. His crew installed new tile floors, and repaired the old tile floors. They installed wide doors exterior doors to accommodate wheelchair. And they enclosed a patio into an insulated sun-room. Robert was easy to work with, and was real reasonable. He also did a lot of work under Veterans Administration and ADA guidelines and was qualified and approved to do veteran Adapted Housing. I highly recommend Robert and his crew."

Basement Remodel questions, answered by experts

For most basement remodels, you’ll want to hire a general contractor. This is for a number of reasons, but the main two are that general contractors have dedicated teams they are comfortable with, and hiring one means you only have to deal with one pro. You may also get a better project quote since they can lump all their work and subcontracting into a single quote.

Yes, in most cases, finishing a basement is worth the cost. The project adds valuable, usable square footage to your home and typically provides a return on investment (ROI) of 70% to 75%. For example, an average basement refinishing project costing $32,000 could add between $22,400 and $24,000 to your property's value. The final value added depends on factors like your location, the quality of materials and workmanship, and the features you include, such as a living space, bedroom, or bathroom. To be officially counted in your home's total square footage, the finished space must comply with all local building codes, including requirements for points of egress. However, in areas prone to flooding, a finished basement might be seen as a liability by potential buyers and could potentially decrease your home's value.

Yes, you can add a bathroom to an unfinished basement, but you’ll want to take proper precautions if doing so. As with any bathroom addition, you’ll need to make sure that it’s approved by local building authorities first. With unfinished basements, you especially need to keep an eye on proper ventilation practices.

Whether it’s more affordable to gut a house than build a new one depends on the markets where you'd be buying and selling. However, it’s usually less expensive to renovate a home than to build new construction.

Most homeowners pay between $100,000 and $200,000 for demolition and remodeling costs, whereas the average cost to build a new home is between $139,000 and $531,300.

You can paint your ceiling or install a drywall ceiling if the ceiling is unfinished, as they take up less headroom than drop ceilings.

If there are pipes in the way of ceiling installation, you can do one of two things: reroute the pipes or adjust the installation to fit, which will cost extra.
