I just moved into a house and the hot water went out at 2 PM on a Friday afternoon. I desperately began calling and got some pretty discouraging results. ACE plumbing said they don't do gas water heaters, another plumber complained that I called at 2 PM on a Friday and said he would come on Saturday for and emergency charge. Double L was local and came out right away with a helper and identified the problem and go it fixed right away. He gave me some advice about when to replace and about noises that might occur (and they did). The whole thing was less than I thought. I would use again.
