Garrett was very professional and after running several tests said he was pretty sure the problem was with the city meter not delivering enough pressure and water flow to my system. He then called the city for us and explained to them what the issue was and arranged for them to come out. He charged the agreed upon service call and did a follow up phone call with us a few days later to see if the city corrected the problem which they did. "Went well. I will have them back again when I have the funds to extend the underground sprinkler pipe on the part between sidewalk and street. There is about a 2-foot area that has no pipe. My city does no longer allow the above ground sprinklers on that part and it takes a long time to water."
