"Chad was great! We had a faucet leak that went from a slow drip to a big drip overnight? I called C & W first thing on Wed am and was put on the waiting list for Wed. Jennifer called at 3:30 to say Chad was enroute. He arrived 15 mins later. After looking over the issue, Chad gave us the quote and changed out a cartridge on the hot water side. It had been replaced 6 months ago by another plumber (not sure if it was a bad cartridge or other issue). He was finished in 20 minutes and no issues so far?. We will definitely use C&W again and will ask for Chad. Very courteous and fill confident about this repair."

"They arrived when they said they would. Diagnosed the problem almost immediately and had the problem fixed and gone within an hour and a half. The most wonderful part is that I have water again. I will definitely have them return when I upgrade my well pump."
