"Make sure you verify where light fixtures are being placed, charged 150 (set charge that also went against my allotted hours not incremental) to install an additional 2x4 brace for dinning room chandelier. High mark-up on outlets so if you might have bad ones pre-buy. Pre-buy before install as much as possible even if you think you don't need, this avoids inflated part cost."

"As far as doing the leaves, they didn't do a good job. We didn't want to go over 6 hours, they had 3 people, that did 2 hours with a vacuum hose to clean the leaves on the driveway. We thought that should do a good job, they didn't go behind the bushes and clean them. So, my husband had to go out there and redo them. Then they were going to do a bunch of landscaping, and that was too expensive and my husband said no we didn't want it, so then they cancelled the whole spray. So after a couple of weeks or so I thought they were coming back to spray, and they hadn't, and we had leaves going everywhere. So I had to call them, and they said well you cancelled. I said, no we didn't cancel that, we cancelled the landscaping. They came back and they sprayed, and they did a good job and they're supposed to come back again. My husband had did part of the driveway, it's a long driveway, he hired them to finish up. They didn't go behind the shrubs at all. They went along the edge of the drive way. There was so much lack of communication, and we feel like there should have been a lot more in 3 hours and 2 men in a vacuum truck. The lack of communication, my husband thought they were coming back, I said no they're not. I called, and sure enough they weren't. So then they came out, and they sprayed."
