"Workers showed up on time and when they were done you couldn't even tell that they were here. Very courteous and friendly employees, answered any and all questions I asked. Asked me if I would like for them to spread any of the remaining dirt in certain spots and hauled away what was left over after that. Cost of the entire job was middle of the road as far as quotes go but they did an excellent job. Entire job took just about 10 hours to complete (started at 930am and completed a little after 7pm). Ty, Eddie, Raul and the rest of the employees are all good people and I would definitely recommend anyone needing foundation work to give them a call.

"I had some settling issues with my foundation, and Jacob from FSS did a thorough evaluation of the problem. I had already had six different companies come by, so I was getting familiar with the routine. What impressed me about the FSS solution was that they could actually stabilize the foundation, putting it on piers that would not shift in the future, unlike the other companies. When the installation crew arrived (Thomas, Timothy and Kennen), they brought along some really impressive galvanized steel hardware. The installation crew was clean and very meticulous about the details, making sure everything was installed correctly. After the foundation was stabilized and leveled, another crew came to do a polyfoam injection under the foundation to fill the air gap left by leveling the foundation. This way the entire foundation is supported, and not resting just on the edges. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. They were certainly not the cheapest, but then, you often get what you pay for."

"It was a pleasure dealing with Southern Concrete through the entire process. The salesman was professional and exlpained everthing in detail. The dispatcher notified me that the crew was actually going to be a little early to try and beat the rain. The crew did an excellent job and made sure the jobsite was clean before they left. "I needed to get my brick walkway repaired from damage done by some deliverymen. The HOA was going to fine me and so it needed to happen soon. This company responded promptly and sent two skilled workmen who replaced the brick seamlessly (with some taken from the back patio) so the repairs didn't look odd. They worked politely and efficiently, and got the job done as promised in a few hours. Very happy with the results, will likely have them back for more work soon."
