Mason explained the entire process, worked with our Masonry company, and gave us a lot of confidence in the entire process. Day of work, they came in on time, worked steadily through the miserable weather, and left the yard and work area nicer than it was before they were here. You can already see such a difference in the areas they lifted. Mason was onsite with his team and able to answer questions and show us the progress as it was happening. "The work product make all the cast cement sections look like brand new. They took care to match the new mortar to the old, so everything blended right it. The two-man crew was extremely polite and courteous. I would hire them again should I need them. A neighbor has the same issue with their decorative cast stone and plans to hire them after seeing their work product. I did shave one of their ratings to 4.5 instead of a straight 5 because they did not clean up their work area when finished. A drop cloth in the work area would have taken care if this issue straight away."
