Dave detailed his work history and experience and shared a few projects that he was and had been involved with. The impression we received from Dave was just an honest and professional designer who would strive to exceed our expectations! Upon moving forward Dave said he would provide a concept drawing in 2-4 weeks and we received in a week! Dave was always polite and guided us in every step of the way and can not be anymore satisfied. Anyone looking and undecided whom to hire then give Dave a call and you will not find a more trustworthy, honest and just a great individual to work with."

"I scheduled the crew from Handyjoe to assemble a 3 seat patio swing. There were a lot of parts for this. The crew arrived on time and went right to work. They had a backpack with all the tools needed for this type of project. They stayed with the job until the swing was completely assembled and located on the patio where we wanted it. The crew was courteous and the price was reasonable for this type of project. I was very pleased with the outcome."

They weren't quite as meticulous only in that our next door neighbor had to come over and complain the picket boards on his side of the fence we falling off due to the amount of hard pounding coming from our side. I think they tried to rush a bit because we were in the process of getting a puppy and they were really trying to help us out so it's pretty tough to complain. Very nice guys!"

"Based on the work that was done at my home between April 17, 2025 and April 21, 2025, I strongly recommend Jopat General Contracting (JPC) and in particular John Oke . JPC is based in Aubrey Texas (940–202–0103) and John is one of the three co-owners. I discovered JPC through a search on Angi. I wanted a recommendation for help in the next two days. John replaced three burned out LED light fixtures in our kitchen ceiling. Intricate wiring had to be sorted out and prepped before new LED light fixtures could be wired in. We also had multiple problems in our master bathroom requiring a diagnosis and replacement of a malfunctioning shower head and tub faucet. We also needed shelves for a corner of that bathroom. John showed up on time on three occasions and kept us informed with texts and verbal explanations. He had to make multiple trips to a Home Depot in Roanoke for needed supplies because of problems he discovered. There was no additional charge for those trips beyond the original estimate. I doubt he anticipated that multiple trips for supplies would be needed but he never tried to assess an additional charge. I've gone into this detail to explain why I feel like strongly recommending John and JPC. In short, I feel like the work was well done and reasonably priced and done efficiently with multiple problems diagnosed and fixed. Alan Laufman"
