"Contacted Matt to get information about cleaning our carpet. He asked questions about size of home, type of carpet, etc. He determined that steam cleaning would be the best method for our carpet. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Set us up with an appointment within just a few days. Travis came the day of our service and began to set up equipment to do the job. He was very respectful of our home and of our two senior dogs. Did a fantastic job on our carpet to the point that it looks practically brand new. And smells great! While he was here he gave us information about other services that they do such as tile cleaning and recaulking and duct cleaning. We plan to have them do both! Great experience all around! We recommend this company highly!!"

"Mr. King was more expensive than all of the others that I got a quote from. But I will say after his initial quote we were able to omit a few things and get the price lower. It was very hard convincing my husband that this cleaning could cost so much. But I felt very secure in Mr. Kind's professionalism and the history of his company. I will say some of the folks who came by to give me a quote were not exactly what I expected to be promoted by Angie's List. This was my first time to use Angie's List by the way. I felt like Mr. King knew his business and would do an excellent job. So far my rugs and carpet look terrific. I will know more after they are dry. The den rug looks new. I had initially hired them to just do the Stairway and landing but they did such a great job cleaning that area I immediately booked them again to do all of the upstairs rooms. My old carpet never looked so new as it did after TLC cleaned them. Great job."

"The worker was about 30 minutes late. He promptly went to work pretreating the carpet with some sort of liquid cleaner. Then he went over the carpet with the suction equipment that left the rooms extremely wet. The spots did not come out of the carpet."
