"I live in Arlington, TX and I was needing to have the carpet in my living room cleaned and was hoping to have it done the same days since the furniture would already be out of the room. I went through Angi and received a call from Matthew B, owner with Ace Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration. I explained what I needed and Matthew said that he could get to it the same day. This is just what I was hoping for. Matthew was very helpful and friendly. Later that day Travis showed up to do the stretching for Ace Carpet Cleaning and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, very personal, likeable, and worked hard. He did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet. I am not sure how old the carpet is in this house but it is at least 35 to 40 yrs old. I could not believe how clean Travis was able to get the carpet. My wife and I were amazed. It was a great experience with Ace Carpet Cleaning but even more so meeting Travis."

"Mr. King was more expensive than all of the others that I got a quote from. But I will say after his initial quote we were able to omit a few things and get the price lower. It was very hard convincing my husband that this cleaning could cost so much. But I felt very secure in Mr. Kind's professionalism and the history of his company. I will say some of the folks who came by to give me a quote were not exactly what I expected to be promoted by Angie's List. This was my first time to use Angie's List by the way. I felt like Mr. King knew his business and would do an excellent job. So far my rugs and carpet look terrific. I will know more after they are dry. The den rug looks new. "TLC were very responsive, professional, friendly and did a amazing job on my 25 year old carpet and wool area rugs. I had initially hired them to just do the Stairway and landing but they did such a great job cleaning that area I immediately booked them again to do all of the upstairs rooms. My old carpet never looked so new as it did after TLC cleaned them. Great job."

"The worker was about 30 minutes late. He promptly went to work pretreating the carpet with some sort of liquid cleaner. Then he went over the carpet with the suction equipment that left the rooms extremely wet. The spots did not come out of the carpet."
