The manager actually BID the job, instead of quoting a price per the hour. Two techs showed up to my house, on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time, and they quickly went to work, knocking out the easier items first and the buckling down on the more difficult. If you are in need of a handyman service, don't be alarmed by the lack of cost per hour listed.
