"We placed our window and door order with Champion Windows on March 21, 2024, and the final installation wasn’t completed until May 13, 2025—almost 14 months later. What should have been a straightforward project turned into a drawn-out, frustrating experience filled with poor communication, broken promises, and costly inconvenience. The windows had to be reordered three separate times due to poor craftsmanship, incorrect sizing, and visible scratches—clear signs of serious quality control issues. We also ordered two doors. One had to be replaced entirely because of a scratch on the inside of the glass, and during one installation visit, glass panels were broken inside our home, creating a dangerous safety hazard with children present. To make matters worse, we had to take time off work on five separate occasions to accommodate installation appointments—all of which were the result of Champion’s repeated mistakes. This added a significant and ongoing inconvenience to an already stressful process. The Regional Operations Manager visited our home, acknowledged the numerous issues, and made verbal assurances that were ultimately never followed through on. Despite escalating concerns to upper management, no one took responsibility, and customer service was virtually non-existent throughout the entire ordeal. We paid over $42,000 for this project, and at no point where we offered any refund, discount, or compensation for the unacceptable delays and errors. The only offer we were given was that of a gift card to a local restaurant. To date, this gift card has not been received. In summary, our experience with Champion Windows was deeply disappointing. The lack of accountability, poor craftsmanship, and disregard for the customer’s time were simply inexcusable. We would strongly advise others to avoid this company."

"PLEASE READ THIS PRIOR TO DOING BUSINESS WITH LEAFFILTER ••••• This company will rob you blind. Two sales rep came to our house to provide us estimates. Both Estimates were totally different. Sales rep. by name of “Rick” showed up at 5:30 Pm, wrote up estimate, he was so pushy to get us yo sign the contract that he made all kind of lies and keep forgetting what he had said, at 6:30 Pm he tells us if we sign the contract right then then we get a price of $4500 for partial gutter replacement. Rick claimed if we do not sign the contract and leave deposit with him before he leaves then our price will be $7800. Rick remind me a cheap car sales with minimum education and training who can Not get a job any where else than a dishonest, low class car dealer. He kept putting down all his compatibles rather than telling us the high points of LeafFilter’s ?? Cuz there is None. Rick keep trying to act cutesy?? Rick was telling us about his personal problems with his wife, like he never listens to his wife and always ignores her requests?? His wife turns the Best up to 90 degrees and goes to bedroom and turns the fans on?? You ask me this guy has chip on his shoulder, he is a lied and dishonest person in doing business and in his personal life.he acts like a looser red neck!! If a company hires this kind of salesman it is clear that they are not honest nor have any concerns for their customers. Against my wishes my sister hired this idiot. Next day we have two guys showing up at our house, they could Not speak English at all. The job was finished in such a rush, all the debris and garbage was left all over our yard and side walks. By then my sister realized what a mistake she had done by hiring this people, she had the payment check for remainder of $4400 in hand but asked the repair man’s to clean up after themselves as well as the roof of our garage that was left full of leafs and debris. The repair man refused to do so and left. Later on that night “Rick” showed up with an Attitude and treated my sister very rudely and accused her of not wanting to pay. I stayed inside since had I gone outside I would’ve thought this p*** a great listen to have respect for people, yet I didn’t feel my martial arts training should be wasted on a piece like him. Later on I found out my Mercedes Benz SUV’s front windshield is cracked, leaf’s and debris are all over my car. Even though I asked the repair man to wait till I move the car, they did not wait and told me no need for it. After a week I filed complaint with the management, I was supposed to meet them, but they never showed ip. Zack the manager called me and told me the night Rich stopped by my house to pick up the check, my windshield was not broken. Now if that was true why would he go indark and check my windshield for No reason?? Furthermore I have my two camera’s captured Rick Mot to be anywhere next the car!! Do you guys really want yo do business with a cheap car salesman, A Lier, dishonest person like Rick or Zack( the manager) ?? Can you trust them?? For sure I can not. "We began the building process of our new home in December of 2015 and move in in July 2016. I decided to not post negative reviews at the time because I had been so distraught during the process I just wanted to forget about the whole process and move on but today is the day to leave the review. The entire home building process was a nightmare from the beginning to end. The first issue was with basement door framed out to the wrong size, installed and charged for retaining walls without any communication to us after we specifically stated we did not want retaining walls. We had several windows and doors not centered properly. They installed the wrong tile in guest bathroom. And these were just a few of the issues we had during the build. I guess the one main issue was with the owner of the company and the way we were treated. We were told to not go to the home everyday and look for mistakes and any mistakes would be taken care at the end of the process. He locked us out of our own home and would not let us in to see what was going on until he received his final payment. He wanted the final payment before the house was completed. It was an issue everyday of something being done wrong or him treating us terrible. We did not have one change order in the home but he kept telling us that he had $30,000 of his own money in this home. Now I am posting this today, 6 years later because we decided to have the metal replaced on all our door frames due to the metal work being so bad. After removing the metal wrapping we found all the garage doors and man doors to be rotting and all the door frames are going to have to be replaced after only 6 years. Please beware!!!!!"
