Very professional on all aspects of job. I upgraded the insulation and was extremely happy with the subs used. We had a problem with the sanding and staining of the hardwood floors but it was taken care of. Am extremely pleased with their work. I would work with any time.

Lowry Roofing went above our expectations on every level. 
I had no prior knowledge or awareness of Lowry Roofing, who they were, or the quality of their work. In fact, I'd never heard of them. Yet we did need a roof, but I'll admit, I was hesitant, just from not knowing who they were. 
So, I did quite a bit of online research on roofing scams before offering the job to Lowry Roofing. I actually even paid for a subscription to Angie's List just so that I could read reviews on Lowry Roofing!!
I figured that being out a little money was well worth it if their reviews were poor. I spent probably 2 hours online looking at reviews, "how to avoid roofing scams" websites, Better Business Bureau sites, etc. 
Why We Chose Them Instead Of Bids From Other Roofing Companies: 
Intense Professionalism. Every single one of their employees carried themselves with honor and class. They came to our door with shirts tucked in, they were well-spoken, and had a look and feel that let me know they were serious about what they do and that they took pride in their work. 
Communication. Justin Lowry (owner) could not have communicated the workflow any better than they did. They were humble and sincere. From text messages, phone calls, and personal appearances, they kept our family 100% in the loop at all times; almost daily actually. Justin came to our multiple times to keep us informed. Moreover, they communicated with us in terms of what to expect in this process as far as how claims work, what to expect in terms of paperwork with our agent, adjuster, how payment works, and so on. 
No Sub-Contractors. Lowry is a rare breed, now that I've done some homework about roofing companies. Most roofers use sub-contractors to actually put the roof on the home. An owner bids the job, and then hires subs to do it.
Not Lowry. They have paid employees. The difference is massive, because subs, while often doing good work, can be inconsistent in terms of job completion, skill level, various levels of experience, etc. By using the same people, Lowry has a true team. It made all the difference. 
Advocacy With The Insurance Company. I think this area, specifically, is what separated Lowry Roofing from other groups I know of in the roofing world. I am convinced that Lowry Roofing's work in this area is the major reason why we got our roof claim successfully filed with our insurance agent. 
Here's the quick backstory: for the past two years we've had roofers come by our home speaking of potential storm damage, so we thought we'd better go ahead and file a claim. About 18 months ago, we filed a claim and our adjuster said our roof was fine and saw no real reason to replace it. However, several different roofing companies since that time have said we did in fact have enough damage to file a claim. 
When Justin came to my door, they said, " No matter what you do, never have an adjuster out to your home unless you have a roofer on-site. Not because insurance companies are corrupt, because they are not all that way; it's just that with a roofer on hand, they must justify everything to you with a roofer present in the conversation who can advocate for you and give you their opinion of what the adjuster is offering." 
I'm telling you, that's what did it.
Our adjuster was great, and we've been with our insurance agent for 17 years, but this time, with this claim, everything went so smoothly. Lowry Roofing gave us peace of mind that we had an advocate, standing between us and an insurance corporation, and that they would do everything they could to make this a smooth process. 
Under-Promise and Over-Deliver. Justin Lowry never, ever promised me a roof. He never promised anything other than that they would do their best. They said they would do their best to help with working with an insurance agent and adjuster. They never made huge promises, but they did ask me that "if we can work with the adjuster to advocate for you, then would you give us the job if the claim is successful?" My response was, "Absolutely."  
Once the job was finished, we were more than pleased. They over-delivered on quality, work flow, communication, and even clean up. Our yard looked super upon cleanup; it was as if they were never there. 
If I had it to do again, I'd never, ever hesitate to have them put a roof over my family's head.

The entire process was excellent. I cannot say enough good things about this company or the professional attitude and work ethic they showed us. Within one hour of my initial inquiry I received a response. The very next day Trey came to our home and inspected the roof. Through his assessment of the roof's condition (he got back to me the same day with all the details) we were able to make a claim to our home owner's insurance and had our entire roof paid for, minus the deductible. Trey was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. He even was willing to meet the insurance adjuster at our home to ensure the roof was properly inspected. The amount of work and time I had to personally put into this process was absolutely minimal because the company took care of practically everything. Once we found out a new roof had been approved (just a few days after the initial inquiry) Trey and Mitch came to our home to meet with us. We looked at a ton of roof samples, went over the contract, discussed the process, and they answered any questions we had. We never had to work around their schedule. They always worked around mine. We made the final decision to proceed on a Friday, and that very next Monday we came home to a brand new roof! It looks awesome! I truly feel like Trey and Lowry Roofing went above and beyond for us. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Lowry came to my house after I called my agent, (whom they referred me too) and did a professional job for me. I can't thank them enough for cleanliness and perfection with the entire process. I felt so good when they were done and really enjoyed working with Mitch and Justin. I called my agent and told them that I couldn't be happier with what they did for me. I recommended them to everyone I hear needs a new roof.

Initial shingled roof was completed in two (2) days with minimal interruption to normal living.  My home is 102 years old so once old wood was re-applied around upstairs dormer after singles were set, there was some leaking from the metal roof.  Troubleshooting the issue, provider discovered the dormer as suspect and had both sides re-built with new wood and sealed completely. This was at NO cost to me and crew worked in below 30 degree weather the day the dormer was re-build.
Provider was extremely responsive to my initial texts regarding the leak until the issue was resolved.  The work ethic that was displayed by provider's crew was beyond anything I had ever witnessed with previous contractors.  No delays.  No excuses. No cost gauging. Just honest hard and timely work until suspected area was identified.

I was impressed with the work. They were very professional and I think that they also worked with my insurance adjuster well. The clean up was great. I would not have even been able to tell that they were there after they cleaned up. The new roof looks really great, as well.  I could not be happier.

from start to finish, Lowry roofing was professional and punctual. We had rain leaking into our home. Lowry Roofing sent someone out and put a tarp on  the roof.  A few days later their team was out and in two days we had a beautiful new roof. they worked fast and efficient and what I loved they cleaned up as they went along.  we would definitely recommend Lowry Roofing.

My roof was recently replaced by Lowry Roofing!  Justin and Jack Lowry were very professional and walked me through all the steps of filling a claim with my insurance company.  They met my insurance adjuster, (this was done free of charge) marked all of the damage in chalk for him to see and photograph.  I was amazed at how well the advocated for me!  This greatly helped in processing my claim and assuring complete roof replacement.

My experience with Lowry Roofing was excellent.  
The owner (Jack) came out and inspected my roof, at no cost, and gave me his recommendation.     I had some storm damage and ended up filing a claim with my insurance agent.    The adjuster came out and was in agreement with the assessment that was made by Lowry Roofing.   From there, the actual work began.   
Lowry Roofing helped my wife and I pick out the correct shingle.   Not only did they bring out product samples, they had a computer program that showed what the shingles would look like on our actual home - pretty cool application - made it much easier to make a selection.
The crew did excellent work and cleaned up the work site each day.   
My roof looks excellent.   My neighbors are using  Lowry Roofing as well.  Our street is literally getting a face lift.
