AJ was patient and willing to work with me, excellent service would recommend to anyone.

I was impressed with their honesty. Another company claimed we had mold and needed a duct cleaning. AVU had a lower price by phone, but they said there was no mold and no need for cleaning when they got here. I saved hundreds of dollars.

Came out right away to fix my heating issue. Trouble shot professionally and fixed quickly. Very polite and professional.

AJ was very professional. I felt at ease when he took his time to explain, in a no nonsense fashion, why I needed to replace the entire HVAC system. He gave us a fair estimate and stayed in budget. Afterwards, I called him with questions, and as always answered the phone promptly. I recommend his services to any in need of an honest and fair heating and cooling company.

He was able to repair my 23 yr old unit. The day I called. Did not try to sell me another $6000 or $7000 new unit. Nice experience when I do replace I will give AVU a call.

2 systems installed, the man declined to assist me in operating. I never received a manual, no receipt for my money. He was rude when I called to request a walkthrough, which he still has not done yet.
