Great experience. I had animals in the crawlspace of my home that had torn down insulation and gnawed holes in the ductwork. A very nasty job. Robert and his wife were experienced and professional. They quickly made all repairs and closed off where the animals were entering. My highest recommendation.

I originally asked for a quote to repair facia/soffit and ended up having Robert repair that and re-screen the entire patio and add PVC trim. Everything looks great.

Also did drop ceiling in the kitchen, new drywall ceiling in the laundry room, and remodel a bathroom.

Robert Francis came out on a Sunday to repair three leaking windowsâ one of which was quite large and the frame was covered with about three layers of duct tape. He spent the entire day working on the repairs and completed them. They look beautiful! He did amazing work and for a very reasonable price. I am so pleased.

I needed someone last minute and he was very accommodating in every aspect, showed up same day, gave an excellent price, fixed the mistakes the previous contractor made and the results were fantastic. I like when a person can think outside the box to address the issues at hand and obviously cares about their work, is knowledgeable and has integrity. That s a rare combination. Would definitely hire again!

He repaired our couch to better than new! He showed up when he said he would be there, he was thorough, cleaned up after he was finished, friendly and just did an excellent job.

Robert did a great job. He is very knowledgeable in many areas, and he is a very nice person. I would have loved to hire him for another job, but he is not reliable enough. He was often two hours late and it took him longer to finish the job than he originally stated. If I had the flexibility I may hire him again, but for me he was too hard to work with.
