Entire process was awesome

QE provided good service, working with us and with our insurance provider to provide for a new roof.  We worked with QE to get an upgraded roof, beyond what the insurance would provide.  They were very good at walking us through the details of the process as this was entirely new to us.
The work was completely on-time as outlined and in good quality.  They were responsive to the one concern/issue we had with the installation in a tricky spot.  They addressed that concern completely and in a timely manner without any difficulty.
Based on the work QE did for us, I would go back to them again if I was in a position to have this work done again.

Brandon & Jason did a phenomenal job. They were incredibly professional and easy to work with. They handled everything from start to finish and our looks incredible- almost like a brand new house! After the work was completed, all our neighbors were driving by saying how impressed they were with the work they did. They started tearing off the old roof at 6:45am and were completely done by lunchtime!
I'd definitely recommend Quality Exteriors to anyone looking to get their roof repaired. Thanks again!

Brandon Byrd guided us through the selection process of our upgrades and constantly checked on the work as it progressed. He worked with our insurance company to make sure all needed repairs were made. We are very pleased with our new garage door, roof and windows. The contractors completing the work were very professional.

Quality Exteriors representative reviewed all damage and worked with Insurance Company to make sure that all damage was found and repaired. Several items were missed by the insurance company and the rep worked with the insurance company to make sure that all work was covered and properly funded..

The staff showed up on time at 7 AM of the job date and put on the roof. They also did a great job cleaning up around the area to make sure no plants or anything go damage around the yard. 
The office staff also very prompt in submitting paperwork to get the remaining reimbursement amounts from insurance company.

We worked with Ryan Leach from Quality Exteriors. He was extremely professional and punctual each time we met. Ryan walked us through our options and explained in detail how the project would be completed. On the day the roof was put up the crew showed up on time and worked quick. At 7am they arrived and no later than 11:30am they were completely done. I would definitely recommend Quality Exteriors.

They were great. They were cheap and did a great job. They are very competitively priced for what they did. They are wonderful.

We had a cold week, but as soon as it was warm enough, I received a call telling me the workers would be by the next day. They showed up at 630am, had the new roof up by 1pm.  They took the time to clean up every piece of old shingle and nails from my yard. It was spotless, you could even tell I had a work crew there at all. I now have the most beautiful roof on the street.

The craftsmanship is off the chart.  They even use a dedicated expert in flashing for chimneys, (this is a chronic area of compromise for moisture).  The entire team was on time, courteous and above all professional.  Follow through and follow up was unwavering.  Customer service seems to be all but a lost art.  Quality Exteriors is redefining it!  If you take pride in your property and want to truly protect your investment, call Justin!

I saw a QE Construction sign in a neighbors yard, so I called and spoke with Regina. She took my information and told me that she would have a representative contact me as soon as possible. That same day, Michael contacted me and we had a meeting set up for the following day at my convenience. Michael was prompt and on time. He went over the process with me, followed by getting on my roof and doing a full inspection. He confirmed that he thought I had damage and should have an adjuster from my insurance company come inspect the roof and accessories. He did ask that I let him know when the insurance adjuster was coming so that he could meet him there.      Michael arrived before the adjuster on the day of the appointment, where he had a ladder set up and all of the damaged marked so that the adjuster would not miss anything. This made me comfortable to know that my insurance company wasn't going to cut me short on any money that I should be allowed for repairs.     Once my insurance company sent the check and had everything cleared, QE Construction had a team of guys out bright and early the morning that we had set for the work to begin. The guys had all of my old roof torn off and put in their trailer (not in my yard) by mid morning. They finished my entire roof by 6:00 that evening. They covered all of my landscaping so that nothing was damaged. When they were finished, they blew off the roof so that there were no nails or anything that would later come through my gutters, followed by rolling my whole yard and driveway with a magnet multiple times.     Not too long after my roof was complete, a different crew came out and replaced my gutters and downspouts. They too were also prompt, clean, and completed the work that day.     Overall, I would say that I had an extraordinary experience working with QE Construction and wouldn't go to anyone else for any work I may need in the future on my house!

QE Construction & Quality Exteriors, did a real good job, and their prices were good.
Their clean up after the job was great, they cleaned out the gutters, cleaned everything out of the yard, and every roofing nail.
The foreman, was on time when he came to talk to me originally, to give me the estimate.
He explained everything to me very well to where I could understand, was very receptive to my questions.
He came out again to talk to me, and was very helpful.
Started the job when he said they would.

I used this co to replace the roof on my home as well as a rental property. My neighbor used them as well.
I had never heard of them before but checked out on BBB and they have an A rating.
They came when they said they would and did an excellant job.
I had a totally different experance from the first two reviews.
