"Greg was very professional throughout the entire process. When Greg arrived, we walked over the property and he told me exactly what equipment he would be installing to cover the areas we discussed. Within a week he installed the system and had it up and running within the time frame he described. I am 100 % satisfied with the system and would recommend using Greg to anyone seeking a lawn irrigation system."

"My yard looks incredible.  It has never looked as good as it does now.  These guys say what they mean, mean what they say, and deliver more than you will expect.  I was amazed and that is not an easy task.  Since that time I have hired them to maintain my lawn for the entire year.  I have also contracted them to clean up the corner lot in my neighborhood that I bought because it was ugly.  It is no longer ugly.  It rocks!
It was funny, the patriarch of the company gave me a hard time for the way I butchered the trimming of my very expensive Japanese Maples.  I completely respect that.  The truth is the truth and I definitely stink at it.  Next year, it is in his hands.  How often do you just get the truth and not a lot of smoke blowing BS?  As long as I own this house, I will rely on them to make the land look beautiful!
I get compliments from my neighbors on a regular basis about how good my yard looks.  Honey Do is the best!

"We liked our interior design plan that we received , but it just took a long time to get the final plan.  She had told us in the beginning that she had gotten a big response to that deal.

Lighting questions, answered by experts

The lifespan of a pool light depends on the type, but thankfully, these lights are designed to last a long time before they need to be replaced. LED bulbs last the longest, about 20,000 to 30,000 hours, while incandescent bulbs last the shortest amount of time, about 1,000 to 5,000 hours. Fiber optic pool lights will last around 6,000 hours.

Outdoor lighting enhances security, improves curb appeal, and extends the usability of outdoor spaces.

The easiest and best way to power your outdoor lights is with the use of outdoor outlets. Most building codes now require exterior outlets in homes, so you likely already have outdoor outlets available to plug into. However, you can have these outlets installed if your space doesn’t currently include them.

The five common types of landscape lighting are up-lighting, down-lighting, spotlights, built-in lighting, and pathway lighting.

  • Up-lighting casts light upwards from the ground, mostly for aesthetic purposes.

  • Down-lighting directs light onto the ground, lighting pathways, or outdoor space.

  • Spotlights cast direct, focused lighting in any direction.

  • Built-in lighting integrates lighting into an outdoor feature.

  • Pathway lighting illuminates walkways, increasing safety.

You can take a few steps to prolong the life of your holiday lights. Make sure to replace burnt-out bulbs as quickly as possible to avoid overloading the rest of the circuit and knocking out more lights. Before packing them up each year, plug each strand into the wall to confirm everything is still working. Wrap the lights carefully back into their original packaging or something similar—winding a strand tightly together or leaving it to hang loose in a storage bin can lead to frayed or damaged wiring.
