Superior service.

good, Outlet had no neural wire, & was connected to other side of kitchen where 3 outlets weren't working. I guess 3rd times a charm 2 prior guys failed to fix this? These guys(Tyler & David) assessed the situation & were on it in about an hour. Easily fixed by running another wire to existing outlet, through wall(had to cut small piece of wall but was worth it.) Professional & friendly

Bob & team were excellent ! They were there when they said they would arrive and completed all requested work in a timely manner. Guys were very good at their jobs and very pleased with Kinetic. You always expect to pay big $$$ for hiring a skilled tradesman but I felt the pricing was very fair for work spread over 2 days. Would HIGHLY recommend Kinetic Electric for any electrical work!

This is a GREAT company. They were very professional. Explained in detail everything they did. They came out several times when we had problems and didn't even charge me for the return visits. I would use this company again!

Everything turned out well with them. They were good.

They made the wiring cleaner at my request. They were great and very nice to talk to. They did not mind showing and explaining to me what they were doing. The owner of the company made the estimate and came back to make sure the work was done right before the payment was received. The only negative was that even though they are a part of the company they were all dressed appropriately as individuals without any company emblem on their shirts which would have increased their professionalism. They are not general contractors and I have to purchase the parts differently. They do not paint after installing the lines to make sure they are clean. They did not have screws for the bathroom fans which I had to provide them with. I would expect them to have something like this. They however had anything related to electrical stuff and do their job well and confidently. If they are going to be late they will call and inform me. They would not let me sit around waiting for them. I would use them again in the future for other projects.
