As full-service electricians, we can handle all your electrical needs from complete panel changes and home re-wiring to electrical systems for outdoor living spaces and boat docks. Need fixtures installed? We’ve got it. Installing a hot tub or pool? We can help. Mr Electric electricians were true professionals, curious, and they completed the installation efficiently with no problems. Appointments were confirmed ahead of time and the electricians notified us of their approximate arrival. Would highly recommend.

It was excellent. They were very good. They got here on time. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do and how much it was gonna cost me. It took them less than an hour to get it done. They offered us a senior discount.

They showed up on time and did a reasonably good job. I am disappointed from the lack of customer service I received from their salesperson Chris Gibbons. He appears to be a very good at sales but doesn't care once the job is done. He told me he thought they would be able to run the electrical behind the wall and was given a quote for that to happen. The installers said it would take to long to do it that way and ran the electrical on the outside of the wall through conduit. I called Chris Gibbons and left a message for him asking if I would be charged a lower rate since the way the wiring was done was not what we initially planned for and was much cheaper for them to run it the way they did. I am very disappointed that I never even received a return call and I ended up paying full invoice price which I don't think was fair. I also asked for an estimate for installing 4 ceiling fans and the estimate I was given was over $3300. I was floored by this ridiculous amount and this was only for replacing 4 existing ceiling fans with 4 new fans that I would provide. This company does have some good people working for them but I highly recommend you always get more than one estimate.
