"Very professional and all-around decent guy. We started with Jospeh measuring, asking specifically what I wanted to be done to the 1/3 acre lawn area. He decided on what needed to be done and he gave me the estimate. He said he would be out on a specific date around noon. He arrived on the date and 12 noon. I had requested leveling, Aeration, and seeding. He did all three. The leveling was super and slanted in the correct configuration for rain runoff, which had eroded from no grass for two years. He completed the other requests completed the job in roughly 6 hours. His price was an extreme surprise for the good. I will use him again when needed. I recommend his service 100%. EXTREMELY SATISFIED."

He arrived promptly at the agreed upon time on Monday, looked over everything, and gave me a more than reasonable price for the size of my lawn even taking into consideration how bad the yard had gotten thanks to illness and the recent storms. He started work right away and was complete in less than three hours. I wish I had known of him three years ago when I first moved out here, as I would have been enlisting his services from day one.
