Minimum Charge is $1900 for any service. We do not provide cellulose insulation. RetroFoam of East Tennessee is a foam insulation & air seal weatherization contractor specializing in spray foam and injection foam insulation, attic insulation evacuation and removal, and fiberglass insulation for old or new homes. We spray foam pole barns and metal buildings. RetroFoam of East TN is a member of the TVA Energy Right Approved Contractor program. We help with problems such as uncomfortable rooms, high energy bills, drafty homes, and condensation issues. We help property owners learn as much as possible (before they buy) about the right products for their budget. We are quick to educate and slower to sell. RetroFoam of East TN product costs can be used to earn Federal Tax Credits as well as rebates from TVA.

Austin and George were the absolute best! Arrived on time, prep work done instantly and the spray foam began. These guys worked nonstop in 90+ temperatures! Final project was completed in a very timely manner and beyond my expectations! I am very pleased with job preformed and the final outcome. Austin and George were extremely polite, professional and courteous! I definitely made the right decision to hire Retro Foam to insulate my detached metal garage. Our house is 27 years old and we recently purchased it knowing it needed some energy improvements. This project was no small feat - it involved RetroFoaming all exterior walls and vaulted ceilings (which other contractors were afraid to do) and spray-foaming the underside of all accessible roof decking/attic spaces to make a very tight and well insulated home. Eddie did an excellent job communicating with me and was able to get the job started and completed ahead of schedule. His team did a professional, thorough and clean install from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them.

Job was done to my satisfaction and I can already tell the difference. They could have done a more adequate job in not letting the blown in insulation get into the drip pan of the attic unit. Simple problem to prevent in future.

Eddie fully explained the benefit of the planned level of insulation for our attic, uses quality Owen's Corning fiberglass blown in insulation and recommended adding an roof vent attic fan to remove heat/moisture in the summer and moisture in the winter. Currently, we have passive eve vents and roof ridge vent. Cooling inside of the roof with air flow should help extend the life of the shingles by removing stagnant hot air. We chose an electric roof vent fan rather than solar because of the # of cloudy days in our area and humidity. Everything was done quickly on scheduled time, all contacts were professional, kept our home as clean as possible and swept up loose insulation. Pricing was very competitive plus we qualified for TVA energy rebate.
