"This happened in April. I had contacted Breathe Easy via Angie's List; they responded and we set up an appointment. Tim came out. He was punctual and listened as I told him of my mold concern. He had me show him the location and together we walked through the entire area. The mold was found and it was not where I'd expected.
After the walkthrough , we talked and he told me that the company could fix my problem. Or, if I wanted to it was an easy enough fix that I could do it myself. I asked for details and he told me the supplies needed and emphasized the steps to take. I had quite a few questions and he answered them all. I was impressed that even after all those questions, he told me to call if I had any problems or any other questions. (I also appreciate him not making me feel foolish when the mold was not at all where I had thought.)
I chose to do the work myself and haven't completed it yet but already the air is better. Once completed, I don't expect the mold to return. If it does, I will call Breathe Easy. Without any hesitation, I recommend them.
