He came to check out our air conditioner and he said that they have ran out of Freon and suggested a replacement of the whole unit. We agreed and he told us that he will be coming back the next week to install a new unit, and then extended a week. About 4 weeks of getting him to replace our air conditioning unit, My son-in-law called him and told him that we need the air conditioner to be installed already, and 2 days after that call, he finally came and installed a new unit for us.
