They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Randy and his son Alan were consistently professional, courteous, conscientious, and meticulous.  All work was completed for the price quoted and within the estimated time frame.  To say that we are happy with their work is a huge understatement.
We asked them to build the staircase, not really having anything specific in mind.  They came up with a thoughtful design, based on how we intended to use it.  For example, knowing that we have dogs, they made it extra wide.  They also included a walkway from the bottom of the staircase to the patio, which looks amazing and makes the functionality even stronger.  The overall look is really pretty and it blends in with the style of the house perfectly.
The kitchen work was beyond our expectations.  We started with a completely unfinished room and now we have a beautiful kitchen that looks like it has always been there.  Our requests were basic, but they came up with lots of ideas on how to enhance the size and efficiency of the space, as well as aesthetics.  Our focus was functional, but their meticulous and thoughtful workmanship resulted in a beautiful space that looks like it has always been there.  Their attention to detail is incredible!
In addition to their amazing work, Randy and Alan are extremely nice and were a pleasure to have in our home for several weeks.
