"This comment is left by a customer's husband who does this with many companies, in fact, every one he has ever worked with on google. He was not at the homes for a time of service nor did he deal with the tech. The customer received the exact model of air purifiers they paid for. We have also offered to send a manger by to look at vents if they are still dirty and they will not work with us at all. If any mistakes are EVER made we will do 110% whatever is needed to make it right for our customer. If you are not happy then we are not happy!"
