AJ came to my house that same day and began diagnostics on my unit. He discovered that the motor was burnt out and ordered a new one. He went to pick it up and installed right away. After he installed the motor, he turned on the unit and discovered that there was more problems with the unit. His advice on the possible outcomes was very professional and cost efficient.

AJ was courteous and on time. Unit went out on a Saturday night. AJ was here on Sunday morning. He diagnosed the problem and temporarily got the unit back on during the first visit, ordered the control board, and the next day (Monday) was on time to install the part. I'm a happy customer!

Ordering a furnace control board. applied a 5% discount total came to 899 for the furnace control board and 69 for the Sunday diagnostic fee.
