Overcharged with no description of fees. Agreed just due to having heat turned off for a week and wanting it back on. Later learned they charged me 500$ for a 5 minute install of a 25$ part. Then, they mailed me an extra bill for 100$ for "employee time" when they stated their initial bill was all inclusive.
Absolutely ridiculous overcharging.

The tech showed up on time Was swift with a quote Left for parts and returned the same day In a few fhours finished installing new water heater They cleaned up.left nothing laying around Excellent work Use this company

Shane was really great! He walked me through potential causes for the dishwasher to not work properly; parts needed to repair, and time and cost. He picked up the parts from a distributor and installed them. The total service time was around 2.5 hours. My wife and I are ecstatic the DW is fixed, because we did not want to buy a new one. I will definitely use HB again; and in fact, I have purchased a Home Protection Plan with them.

I really appreciated the phone calls that kept me apprised of where the repairman was and how much longer it might take for him to get to my house. The repairman was really nice and he was not only able to figure out what was wrong with my dryer in no time, but he was able to repair it very quickly when the parts arrived. I would definitely recommend them and I will call them if I need another repair.

Repairman was excellent. Dishwasher was reinstalled better than originally installed. Cost of repair parts was higher than I could purchased them on open market. I am very happy with the work. Have recommend Hoffman to a neighbor.

Didn't show up when they said they would, then promised to come the next day, but never showed up again. They talk a good game, but once you sign up for something like "family and friends" and they have you committed for $28 a month, they don't seem to care.
