"We hired Homeco to check our foundation.We knew we had issues.Lamar came out and gave us a knowledgable and HONEST estimate of what we needed done.We had had other companies out for estimates.A new sill was installed and concrete foundation supports were installed.We also had them get rid of the mold,install automatic vents,crawlspace fan and moisture barrier.At no point were we pressured into having more done than we chose to do.The job began quickly.Either Lamar or Shae were on site with the work crew. "Outstanding repair that saved me thousands of dollars. Rather than remove and replaced, I was pleasantly surprised that the existing broken slab could be elevated back up to the original position, then a simple resurfacing could then be done. My issue was rain water that I have now mitigated. The cool thing was that a brick retaining wall sitting on top of the broken slab also elevate to its original position, Simple mortar work will make it all perfect. These guys are legit. Hats off to Levi Woods who came out to see the need, then provide some education of the AFS process and ultimately an estimate, as well as Matthew Martin and Parris Houchins who did the repair. Outstanding young men, all. I will ask them to return for a couple smaller driveway slab repairs. Most strongly recommended! Dave O."
