:Michael R. Foreman and Hannah J. Foreman did a Great Job! I would recommend them to anyone in my neighborhood which is fairly large. They came on time, when they said they would, explained everything to us as far as what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They said if I had any questions after they had gone I could call them because I always had their number.

Mike Pierce was great to work with! He let me know each step what was going on. I had to have additional work or things were not going to happen but he explained why and what I needed and what would happen if I did not do it that way. I highly recommend him and the company to anyone considering or needing foundation work! Two guys were helping him, Lu and Austin, and they were great, they were professional and hard working. Every time I had to deal with them they were polite and a joy to deal with. These three gentlemen are giving the company a good name!

Frontier honored its warranty for stabilizing my driveway concrete after it continued to sink 1 year after they were hired to stabilize. They sent out Jovon to complete the warranty work. Jovon was exceptional in his workmanship and professionalism. He looked at the prior work and walked through his solution for correcting the issue. He was actually able to correct the problem ( lift concrete ) better than the original tech did. Frontier is lucky to have Jovon on staff. And they are definitely trustworthy to honor their warranty.

Frontier Basement Systems (Joelton, TN) was really fantastic to work with! The job had to be rescheduled multiple times due to my concern about the excessive rain causing the ingress/egress area in my yard to be too soft for the weight of the work truck, but Logan in the Production Dept. was extremely accommodating. Eric F. arrived promptly and was extremely courteous. He was thorough, making sure he had all the voids filled, and cleaned up well when the job was completed. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Frontier Basement Systems!

I live on a hill in the Goodlettesville/Joelton area and my concrete driveway had started to inch down the hill due to erosion underneath. It was not being supported properly and would only get worse. The previous owner replaced the driveway before I bought the house 5 years ago so I didn't think I would have any issues with it. Nightmare situation for any homeowner and I knew I needed to act quick. I spoke with several companies who said they could fix it and even got several estimates for the cost of repair. None of them felt quite right. Then I had someone mention Frontier Basement Systems and I did a little research on them and decided to give them a try. They were able to not only quote me a competitive price, but also came with the knowledge and quality customer service as well. Eric Furman and Anthony come out and used the polylevel product to stabilize my driveway for years to come. From the first call all the way through to the finished job, every person I interacted with was friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Most companies have at least one weak link in the chain, but not FBS. They know how to treat their customers with respect and get the job done right. I will be recommending Frontier Basement Systems to everyone I know that needs work done. The peace of mind I have from knowing this is one problem I wont have to deal with again is worth every penny. Thank you again Eric!

They did not get the concrete level. The sales guy said it should be no problem to get that leveled. It still looks the same as it did before they did the work. The only thing that helped was they filled the cracks.

Everyone was so great to work with. Robert was honest and very knowledgeable in the quoting process. I had an issue with water in my basement that prevented the pump from being installed while Nashville had record rainfall, but Fernando was very nice and patient to help make sure my basement and yard did not flood while Nashville dried up.

Humidifier check, filter replacement and sump pump inspection. Logan was very professional and on-time! Logan explained everything in advance, answered all my concerns and performed a comprehensive inspection. Logan took his time to perform a quality inspection and even mopped the flooring on his hands and knees. A True professional. I was disappointed that the years of maintenance I prepaid for did not include the cost of the humidifier filter replacement. Also, received a quote to insulate around the perimeter of the inside of the crawlspace and was surprised of the high cost for the material and installation.

The worst business experience I have ever experienced. They originally quoted us less than $12,000. They seemed to be the best deal based on price. The other two companies gave us quotes of $12,500 and $15,000. So we made the mistake of hiring Frontier Basement Systems. After they arrived and tore down our drywall, they then told us it would cost an additional $8,000 to do the entire job. This is not what the contract said. It said there may be an additional cost, but NO ONE thinks additional cost means $8,000 more for a job that was originally supposed to be $12,000. There should be legal consequences for something like this.

Logan examined the encapsulation and answered my questions about some water stains. He suggested a couple of things we could do that would improve things which we are still considering. The quotes he gave us for those suggestions seemed a bit higher than what we were expecting. The service call was no charge.

It took 7 weeks from the time they said would show to do the work until they actually came. The workers did an excellent job but management is very poor. They wouldn't return calls and when I finally talked to someone, they gave excuses. Their accounting department is good because they bill you as soon as they leave!

Frontier Basement Systems / Dr. Energy Saver did an amazing job with our attic! Our house is 95 years old and was in desperate need of insulation in the attic and around our second floor. The summertime temperatures made the space nearly unusable in the afternoons due to the high temperatures. Consequently, our air conditioning system could never keep up. We consulted with a handful of companies before deciding to go with Frontier. From the beginning, they involved several different project managers, foremen, and technicians to assess our job. After a couple of design proposals and revisions, they crafted the approach to insulating the attic to include it in the conditioned space, as well as spraying the walls of our second floor knee walls to complete the enclosure. This proved to be a complicated and challenging project and required the use of multiple types of material to do it correctly. We have to give huge compliments to their “spray foam specialist” Dakota Brown. Dakota used his expertise to develop the perfect plan for our project; he then went to work on executing that plan. His task was not one for the weary since he had to work behind walls, in the attic, and in some VERY cramped spaces, in the heat of the summer. The end result has met our expectations. We’ve had a few hot days in the 80’s and low 90’s since completion and our air conditioning system seems able to keep the space at the desired temperatures. I am sure we’ll experience the same result when it comes time to heat the space this winter. We met with several companies who proposed multiple ways to complete our project, at a range of costs. In the end, we were confident in Frontier’s ability to deliver on their proposal and achieve the results we sought. They aren’t the cheapest option; HOWEVER, we do believe they are worth the investment. We definitely recommend this family owned and operated business based right here in middle Tennessee! Thanks to Dakota, Dustin, Layne, Judy, Russ, and the rest of the team at Frontier!
