They arrived on time, reviewed the area needing repair and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. They explained how they would perform the fix. We shook hands and they returned promptly the next day and completed the job in excellent fashion. They took great care to ensure that the bricks were replaced with meticulous care, provided important bracing for the bricks and matched the repair perfectly to existing bricks. They took extra care at cleaning up and solicited my opinion. Excellent customer service, very skilled masons and a joy to work with!"

"The cover to our patio looks great, but ... to install the three posts. they needed to cut into the existing stone patio. After the cover was installed, they did an inadequate job replacing the stones around two of the three posts. I went to the office to pay for the work, told them of this problem, and they told me to send photos and they would get it addressed. I've sent photos (twice), but they have ignored my requests. Lesson learned: don't pay until you are completely satisfied."
