They took out my existing (falling apart) wood picket fence (483'), hauled it off and had my new fence in the same day. They had to come back the next day to install one of my gates because I decided to change the size from 5' to 8' for mowers. They did it without any issue. "We had an existing deck replaced by them. They said they'd do things the right way and would stand by their work. Communication was great at first, but then the guys onsite took a long time and struggled to get small details correct with symmetry and board alignment. We ended the project with a promise from the owner to come back and fix the remaining issues. Once we cut them a check, communication went to near zero. Boards have started to come up and we have sunken areas that shouldn't be there. I've reached out many times over the last few months (since October 2024) with no response for weeks at a time and no one has come back out to "stand behind" their work."
