"The process went well from start to finish. Brad came out to look at the job and give us a bid. He spent time with us, explaining the process and trying a test spot. When we asked him to do the job, Amanda set up the time for the work and kept us informed when there was a possibility Brad might be a bit late because of a bigger job right before ours (he made it on time). Brad did the work quickly and well, cleaning and sealing the tile. It looked and still looks like a brand new floor. In fact, some of our friends thought we'd bought new flooring! Amanda checked with us a few days later to make sure we were pleased with the work and to see if we had any concerns. Of course, we had nothing but praise for the work Brad had done."

The install itself, overall is good, on the refinishing section there is a lot of missed fill work (lots of nails visible), an obvious drop/drip of stain that wasn't smoothed out, and the installers were not very selective with the boards they used and installed so there are a lot of pieces with bug drill holes that could have not been used as I had ordered extra material."
