I have lost my money for everything I ask for them to do. I am elderly, almost 74. The man saw me as a way to make money to buy his son a truck, quote. Tim Ware budded, And His Friend came and finished in less than a Whole day in hours. I have cameras to prove my heartache He wiped me out. He charged me 800.00 to dig up one fence post concreted in the ground. Iâ m a basket case and I have sent message after message to this man. I was a easy target. I need work done to have a place for a storage building put. The ground is not leveled to even put concrete for my metal building, I can not now pay for! I have not slept good in days! I told Tim Ware I had no one to help me. 2 others were here and they said they could not come as soon as Tim ware. I hired Tim Ware with the whole deal about what I needed. He was supposed to be here on Dec4 , he sent a man Dec 5, I did complain about our agreement to start as soon as possible! For Less than 8 Hrs with time to stand and talk, Mike, Tims Friend was gone Total charge was 10,600.00. He has climbed MT Everest on my Back!

Tim Ware and his team knocked it out of the park. They accomplished a full townhouse front face lift in 3 days. In addition they installed 4 tons of river rock for a maintenance free driveway. Installed a vinyl privacy fence, drain and more rock backyard. Front island has 4 Leyland cypress, 8 evergreen bushes, burbed and mulched the area. Relocated a decorative fence. I mean this family team did a splendid job. Tim Ware will look at your needs and have a proposal to you quickly in writing. Tim stayed in budget. No overages. Started my job quickly. They remove trash and clean after the job. Just a great experience. March 2023

Very punctual and quick

They did most of the work as agreed. They came as scheduled, performed the work well and finished on time. Our only negative was that once you hand them the check and pay in full you cannot reach them - the office personnel are good to answer the phone but although they say that Mr Ware will return your call he never does. We tried to get in touch with him to ask a question but he never responded so we didn t try again. Other than that the work was fine.

They were on time for our appointment. They evaluated my irrigation problems and suggested needed repairs. I okayed their plans. They performed the work, only took 3 hours, and did an excellent job. They replaced sprinkler heads, and you could not tell where the work had been done because they filled in the holes and put the sod back. They were neat. I found Tim to be honest and easy to work with. I highly recommend his company. He is professional, competent, honest, friendly, and eager to please--all wonderful traits for a landscaper.
