"I had a significant erosion problem on a sloped portion of my yard. Putnam Greenspace provided a quote that included the cost of all materials, so I knew what I would be paying. The topsoil was delivered, graded, raked, and seeded. Erosion control netting was laid down and all was done on time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Putnam Greenspace to anyone. As an addition to this project, Putnam Greenspace also cleared out an old burn pile in my back yard that included concrete blocks and fence wire. This was not a job that I could easily have accomplished - if at all - by hand. The site was left cleared and leveled and ready to go."

The highly recommended companies, a total of six, came out and indicated that they could not do the job. In total frustration and on the verge of giving up I remembered HomeAdvisor. I have used them in the past with other projects involving my home with great success. So, I entered the foundation wall problem on HomeAdvisor.com and only one company popped up, Top Notch Lawn and Home Services. I contacted them, and a few days later Chanse, the owner, came out and took a look at the problem and indicated that he and his crew could fix it. Needless to say, that took a great deal of weight off my shoulders. A few days later, Chanse and his crew arrived and repaired the foundation wall that had plagued me for over eight months. They also re-landscape and re-seeded the area that was affected by the repair. This company is by far the best I have ever came across. I will be recommending this company to anyone needing foundation repair or lawn and home services. This company is truly remarkable in its professionalism, experience, and speediness of service.
