"Thank you Ms. [Member Name Removed] for the kind words, it was a pleasure to work with you!"
"This man and woman (mostly man) were a nightmare to work with. From day one it was a constant thing to critique the work. (They must be professionals). We made a change of work order to add more work. as we were finishing up the work, they decided to tell us that they did not like it and did not want to pay. We told, if they did not pay, we would have to file a lawsuit. The man then picked up a big stone and started coming after me with it. I then had to push him away so nothing bad could happen. His wife pulled him aside like a child and as he stayed hidden behind the fence she came out saying I’ll write you a check. These people were very polite and “buddy buddy” u til it was time to pay. I can see why I dealt with the wife the entire time because this “man” was a toddler throwing fits."
"Mr. [Member Name Removed], it was a pleasure doing business with you for what it seem like the entire summer. But it was an awesome experience, gaining your friendship and business. We appreciate all the kind words and how you accommodated us on the job. I will not hesitate when this man calls to put him in front of the line when it comes to the scheduling process."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]! We were happy to be of service to you."
"Thank you so much for your kind words. It was a joy to work with you and your family! Thank you and God Bless."
"Thank you for your kind words [Member Name Removed]. Sorry that you had an inconvenience with us. Mr. [Member Name Removed] signed and agreed to a contract that did not guarantee any plants. After plants are put in the ground they are the owners responsibility. We finished the job and was paid by the homeowner after completion of the job. Mr. [Member Name Removed] is upset because he didn’t read the simple contract that he signed. Hopefully he will learn his lesson and read contracts."
"On July 17th [Member Name Removed] and I Connected to take a look at her landscaping. She wanted her flowerbeds weeded, dead plants removed, new plants put in and a freshen up on her decorative stone in the flowerbeds. We gave her a quote and she thought it was high. We parted ways. We then tried to help her in her economically and gave her a deal on just pulling weeds, removing dead plants and putting new in. At that time the plants had a July sale which ended at the end of the month. She told me to give her time to come up with the $2,000 to perform the task. We waited, waited, waited and waited……. Then she finally contacted us over 40+ days later waiting the sale on the plants and weeding. We then proceeded to tell her that the sale was no longer available seeings it’s the last week of August. She seemed to be bitter about that.. Not our fault. We then explained that the weeding of the flowerbeds would be different seeings it was well over a month ago and her beds were in horrible shape when we got there. We would need to go out and take a look and give a new quote. She stormed off and got mad. Needless to say, don’t expect a company to do work for you especially at the price that was arranged in the beginning of the work load has doubled or maybe tripled. Also don’t get a quote unless you’re ready to start the work. Plain and simple. [Member Name Removed], thanks for the half truth you posted on us. Shows everyone your “integrity”. ( Half a truth is a full lie)"
"We are sorry that you feel that way. We were not reasonable for the damage that was caused by the company that deliver the materials (which wasn’t bad) I called the company which was Beasleys yard located in Spring Hill to fix the minor damage done to your yard. If they didn’t do it that doesn’t fall on us. The driveway was never damaged which we never spoke about. If the driveway were an issue they should have been brought to our attention before payment was made. [Member Name Removed] was a pleasure to work with but seem to be a little hoity-toity about things. We also did excavating work that wasn’t in the contract that we did at no cost. We planted 30 daffodils without cost to [Member Name Removed]. Everything was beyond satisfactory for [Member Name Removed] and his wife as we left. Not sure what changed his mind."
"Sorry you feel this way. You were given what we promised on our end. Your grass didn’t grow because of your neglect and unwillingness to comply to our recommendations and instructions. As a professional we do not take unprofessional opinions into consideration. If we did that we would be out of business. We are sorry for the inconvenience you’ve caused yourself because of your lack of corporation."
"Now this is the third time I’ve had to write a response about this person because Angi Ads won’t post it… I did the work for this person on the 25th of April. When I completed the work, she inspected it thoroughly, and then paid me. She told me that she was having painters come to the house to paint it, and to treat the wood, because she was having carpenter bees, she lives in a log cabin. I get a call from her on the 14th stating that the gutters are separating from the downspouts that we installed. She told me that the problem was happening 3 to 4 weeks ago, I don’t know why she wouldn’t of told me then. She proceeded to tell me that she had the painters there painting and treating the wood on her house. She refused to provide pictures of where the painters had performed their work. For the painters to perform their task properly they would’ve had to take the gutters off, therefore ruin the work that I performed. I will not be held responsible for the painters mistakes. she proceeded to curse me out over the phone then hang up on me. This person is a absolute whack job. Stay away she has been blacklisted."
"We did guarantee the plants but they did not take care of the plants accordingly, any act of God that destroys the plants we do not cover as stated in the contract. We are unsure if they took proper care of their plants or not. The person that is making the comment is upset because we will not mow their grass that they wanted done. I have text messages and emails showing our conversation about plant guarantees and all specifics. They are solely responsible for all dead plants, if they are dead. Also, they are lying about the price of the job that was completed. The total cost of the job was $4,784.70, the job was not even close to $6,000.00."
