Innovative Restorations gave us several estimates on our home remodeling projects. We accepted two: One to replace our old bathtub with a walk in shower. They did a timely and excellent job. The second project was a complete rebuild of out attached two stall garage into two bedrooms and a large living room. They did a great job! We love it. Chris and Kevin were the workers and I would highly recomnend both them and the company.

Initial response was prompt and punctual, which was greatly appreciated. Floor and walls were pressure-washed and sprayed with disinfectant that eliminated the odor. We did find a few spots on the walls that were missed. Owner came by two days later at our request and agreed additional cleaning was needed. Another technician came the following morning to complete spot cleaning and disinfection (including behind a moisture barrier that was not removed the first day) to our satisfaction.

I was very sick at the time and we feel Josiah with innovative restorations took advantage of my wife and our situation. I have made a full recovery thank God. We recently found out about the underhanded nature of Josiah going against his word on final settlement when we went to refinance our house. His actions were deceitful. We would never use him or reccommend him to anyone. I have been able to return to work and will pay lien in full as an offering up to God in thanks for a full recovery from my cancer.
Response from Innovative Restorations
"It is disappointing to read a review like this that is inaccurate on all accounts. The patch on the roof was made with the shingles the customer said were "the correct shingles". He provided us the manufacturer and color. When the repair work was completed with the shingles he & his realtor specifically told us to use, he was not satisfied and wanted the whole front portion of the roof replaced so that there would not be a shading difference from new shingles to the original roof. The work to replace the entire front part of the roof was performed by a sub-contractor that we recommended and had requested an estimate from. The customer paid that sub-contractor unbeknownst to us and we have never been paid our mark up (which is our time invested to coordinate the roofing contact) on that invoice. We have no record that the customer has sent a check to us for the settled amount of $2,500.00, which is why there is a lien on the home now. I did agree to a settlement amount of $2,500 on August 28th, 2015 in a phone conversation with Mr. [Member Name Removed], however to this date we have not received the check, nor has the customer sent us a cancelled check or copy of said check showing that payment had been made (this was requested from Mr. [Member Name Removed] after a conversation in August 2016 with a mortgage company who had called regarding a re-finance on the home) The customer does claim that he sent the check, which we never received, but he does not want to send another one. As for the price increase, when you request additional work the price generally goes up. We gave credit for the cost of the repair that he was not satisfied with and then proceeded to replace the whole front of his roof. The insurance carrier only paid for the damage to the interior of the home as the roof was not a covered loss which is standard practice. The customer had a high deductible so the out of pocket cost was most of the claim. To our knowledge he was never sick. He is a doctor and they live in Florida, this was a second home to them. As of writing this we have still not seen the payment of $2,500.00 which was agreed upon with Mr. [Member Name Removed] on August 28, 2015 which was 8 months after a contract was signed on January 26, 2015 (not in July 2015 as the customer states in this review)."

This company was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. We were kept informed through every step of this process. They were also prompt about getting the required information to our insurance company. We hope we never need their clean-up services again, but wouldn't hesitate to use them if we did.

They did an excellent job. They were very prompt to respond and they were there within 30 minutes. There was a lot of rain at the time and they showed up immediately. They took care of furniture and other things int he house and also left some blowers in the home to dry everything. Very prompt and very courteous. Great follow up.

It went fabulously.  The workers arrived exactly on time (two-man job to remove door and get it into truck).  They took the door away.  The carpenter was very neat and went the extra mile for us by spackling the nail holes in the new interior framing (part of the job that we were supposed to do before painting).  It happened so quickly that it was almost like magic to us after living with that awkward and unattractive door setup for over three years.  The invoiced price was exactly what the estimated price had been.
