I was very pleased. They did a fantastic job. I asked for a nonsmoker I have a lung problem & on on 5 Liters of oxygen . I smelled smoke on Veronica & asked her if she smoked. Her reply was yes. She asked me if I wanted her to leave. Told her no. Did not smell smoke on her the rest of the day.

Servpro came in first to dry out everything then the contractor. They did the job on estimate cost and finished when they said they would. I picked out tile & carpet samples and the contractor handled the rest. They even moved my furniture! I would define tally call them again.

The price was outrageous for what little work was done. About 1/2 days work cost $848. Rebuilt 3 bathroom faucets, replaced one (using the faucet I had previously purchased) and repaired and overflow in the bathtub. I do not recommend using these people again. The are way way too expensive! ...
