"It went perfectly. Len, the locksmith, explained what he was going to and why prior to doing the work (including any additional costs, and why). He was very quick and extremely courteous. The additional costs were less then I thought, and combined with what I paid through the deal on Angie's List, I was extremely pleased with all aspects of their service!! I would definitely hire them again!!"

"The manager of the grocery store recommended her to call John and his company. Boy was she glad she did!
John told her he would be there in about 25 minutes. He was there in 22 minutes and in about 30 seconds he had her car unlocked. No damage to window, the rubber seal, or the lock. He was a lifesaver for her and the groceries!
She said he was very calm and professional. He was also extremely reasonable! He only charged her $50 when he could have charged way more for someone in that kind of situation. She was very impressed and I am too. We highly recommend him.
