W.E. Estes and Son is one of Alabama's oldest electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service firms. Although we began in other endeavors, we have always worked to provide the most dependable and highest quality service to the people and businesses of North Alabama and South Central Tennessee. This tradition of service means that you can expect us to address your needs in a way that solves your unique problems. Additional retail & external office hours: 12:00 PM-5:00 PM.

The work was completed and satisfactory, What I was very unhappy with was the fact that they (said) did NOT even have simple parts on their van that I assumed they should carry when out on a job. Therefore, they charged me a couple of different times for trips back to Athens to get parts and I was charged for their TIME and MILEAGE.

The work was fine. They charged me a lot more than they quoted. The quality of the work was fine. I won't recommend them. The price was high. They showed up when they said they would.

I have used Buzz Estes company on several occasions in the past ranging from repair to a well pump to replacing the water lines on rental house. The workers are very knowledgeable and professional. The price rates are on the upper end of the scale but the work is completed in a timely manner and most important it will be right.

I've used Estes for my HVAC/AC work for many years and have always been pleased. The company was recently sold to a Huntsville company. The new company offered me an annual service plan which saves me money and gives me an additional PM check every year. The men who actually did the checkup were the same folks who have always worked on my system. As long as these men continue to be the ones I interface with, I'm happy.

The price was outrageous for what little work was done. About 1/2 days work cost $848. Rebuilt 3 bathroom faucets, replaced one (using the faucet I had previously purchased) and repaired and overflow in the bathtub. I do not recommend using these people again. The are way way too expensive! I installed the access panel for the bathtub overflow...I did not have confidence that the plumber was skilled enough.

Went very well -- worker was very professional and seemed to know his stuff. However, the price for the service was excessively expensive (to me). It took a while to get worker to my residence as there was so much work on the company's plate at the time.
