The sales person got back to me and answered all my questions, the installation crew was incredible and they did a really great job and there are very little seams on my whole house. The clean up crew was great and the whole job for the entire exterior of my house was done in two days. They installed siding for the whole house, installed soffit and fascia boards, and installed the gutters and downspouts. The house looks phenomenal and they did a really great job. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Pittner Services installed 17 windows in our house. These were complete replacements, frame and all. We had some rot around a window, and we didn't know how extensive the damage might be. We chose Pittner because they seemed to have the expertise to deal with any wall and siding repairs that might be needed. Fortunately, the rot was only in the window frame and not in the wall studs. "Mr. Rogers and all of his crew were very professional, prompt and hard working from beginning to end.  They went well above & beyond what was expected, working late into the night and on the weekend in order to finish the job before our scheduled move date of November 15th.  Mr. Rogers and Wade, his foreman, made sure that all work was done properly. Many of the rooms required three coats of paint.  They did a superb job of cleaning up after the job was done, including vacuuming carpets and cleaning all of the hardwood floors with Murphy's Oil Soap.  This made our move-in prep much easier than it might otherwise have been.  If you want the job done right, Brad Rogers Paint Contractors is the company to call.

"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.
