Residential FaceliftAfter waiting 7 months for Lowe’s to install and wrap my windows I finally gave up! I did a goggle search and Residential Facelift came up right away. Robert was sympathetic to the problems that I was experiencing at Lowe’s and agreed to help me right away. He came out the very next week and installed my windows. The next week he had one of his employees come out and do the wrapping. He even matched the price I already had! My install date for Lowe’s is January 22. I was told I couldn’t schedule a date for wrapping until the install was done. Which would have been another 6 weeks! Thank God I found Robert! The house is a flip and I was desperate! I had called 4 roofing companies and got none of my calls returned. I hired a contractor finally. After waiting 6 months on the contractor I hired who kept putting me off a friend called 1stop for me. They were out at the exact time they said they would be. The estimate was a few 100 dollars more than my previous estimate but after waiting 6 months I didn’t care. One guy came out to do the job which took 2 days. That was the quietest worker and he cleaned up the work area very well even putting a tarp down to collect debris. I would hire this company again. Work was good, cost very reasonable,

We originally had a very small shower (3 ft square) and was not using our tub. We had ACR turn the shower into a closet, and convert the tub to a walk-in shower. The job was professionally done and looks great. Nick came up with several ideas to make the project work for us. My only gripe was that it took a bit longer than the quoted 2 weeks.
