"I no longer trust Terminix after fifteen years of enduring scheduling difficulties. These problems were the result of arbitrary, centralized scheduling conducted from their national headquarters. However, now the local branch seems out of control. Six months ago, I received a call from a technician telling me he would be conducting an inspection on January 3, 2023, but he never showed up. This was the second time he had failed to arrive, because he had called a month earlier and never showed. Regardless of two missed appointments, I was asked to renew my coverage without my annual inspection having been made. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. Lesson learned and my patience exhausted."
