"I had shopped for windows with several companies, but none of the windows I found had all of the characteristics of the Champion windows. Once we decided on the Champion windows, the Champion agent came, measured the windows (8 replacement windows), showed me the samples, gave me a price, and allowed me to think it over. I contacted him and told him I wanted the work to be done. He arranged for the windows to be measured precisely, and I received a date for expectation of the installation. When the date arrived, the windows were installed carefully and with precision. The task was a bit challenging because the windows that needed replacing were already over 60 years old. They did a great job. The windows fit perfectly, they function perfectly, and the look fantastic."

"I could not be more pleased with the work that Zen did in my renovated master bedroom.  The room was, originally, an added on space.  This presented a number of problems; some of these problems were not revealed until the install process began.  The window
spaces were extremely tight and the workers really had their work cut out on the removal, alone.  I must admit that I was nervous about how things would turn out. Fortunately, the Zen contractors are more than mere workers?they are true craftsmen.  The install was difficult, but the end result is flawless and I could not be more pleased.

"Overall, I was pleased with their work and professionalism.  We had issues during the installation as there was a mix up in communication between us and them on the exact color of the sashes that we ordered.  However, that was probably a lot of our fault as well.  They worked with us that day to figure out a go forward plan that was acceptable to both parties.  I thought the Windows they installed and their work were top notch.  They were really good at communicating with us and where there when they said they would be there.  Would definitely use them again and would consider using them for a new house as well instead of relying on builder grade windows and installation issues.

"I purchased a deal off of Angie's List to get custom blinds. They came out when they originally stated and measured all the windows I needed done. On installation day I called both numbers repeatedly trying to confirm a time. I could not get anyone on the phone all day. I finally rec'd a call about 6:30 pm telling me there was trouble with one of the trucks and could they still come out around 7:30 pm. Well they finally showed up at about 8:30 pm to do my install. I expressed my to the installer that I was waiting all day for them with no phone contact until 6:30 pm. I feel they did a great job but need to work on the communication with the customer a little better.
