"Absolutely phenomenal! Luis and his crew were polite, honest, and professional. My husband and I have never experienced working with a contractor before, so we prayed for God to put the right people in our path, and He answered our prayers tremendously. We were clueless about materials and how much things should cost on average, but Luis guided us step-by-step. He and his crew built a second walk-in closet for our master bedroom. The work looks so professional, it looks as if the closet is a part of the house’s original design, very seamless! Part of our back porch was used for the space, and one of the living room windows had to be removed. We’re still in awe of how it looks like a window was never there! "That was it.  Brad Rogers came, did a detailed evaluation of the whole house painting job, made several GREAT suggestions and promised to have me an estimate on the work in a few days.  I gave him my email address and he said he would send me the estimate of work.  Then nothing.  I waited.  I never heard from him.  I finally had to look elsewhere.
Even though I needed the entire house painted (two stories with a front, side and back porch) with some carpentry repair, he gave me the impression during the evaluation that my job was too small, from some of his comments ("we have done a lot bigger jobs than this" or "I can work you in").  He may have been joking, but since he didn't get back to me on an estimate, I may have been correct in my feelings.

"Ken was very knowledgeable about our problems.  We asked him about several issues; some needed fixing and some did not.  I respect his opinions.  Our major issue was a two story wall that was sagging because it was built between floor joists.  We had an extra joist and supports installed.  The workmen were courtious and effecient.  Our floor feels very stable now.

"Overall, I was pleased with their work and professionalism.  We had issues during the installation as there was a mix up in communication between us and them on the exact color of the sashes that we ordered.  However, that was probably a lot of our fault as well.  They worked with us that day to figure out a go forward plan that was acceptable to both parties.  I thought the Windows they installed and their work were top notch.  They were really good at communicating with us and where there when they said they would be there.  Would definitely use them again and would consider using them for a new house as well instead of relying on builder grade windows and installation issues.
